Mendell is a fantasy and adventure author whose imagination is rarely ever at rest. Known for crafting immersive worlds filled with action, heart, and a touch of whimsy, she spends much of her time either writing… or thinking about writing. On quieter days, she can be found enjoying coffee in the rain, balancing on one foot for no particular reason, or putting off grocery shopping until the coffee creamer inevitably runs out.

Her storytelling often draws inspiration from the small, meaningful corners of her life—including her beloved pets, who take center stage in her latest novel, Delza and the Sun. Readers may also know her from Yuki Hokori and the Dark Petals and her ongoing series, The Eysheus Saga, where her passion for rich characters and adventurous storytelling continues to unfold.

When she’s not writing, she’s likely thinking about her next story… or her dog.
