Caring for the Caregiver: Managing Caregiver Stress

An Educational program presented by the Alzheimer's Association, Northwest Ohio Chapter and Avita Home Health & Hospice.

The physical and emotional demands of caring for a loved one can be exhausting and can lead to burnout. Learn strategies to maintain your own health and well being so you can provider the best possible care.

Participants will have the opportunity to create a caregiver journal to take home. 

This program is free to the community, but registration is required.
