DESCRIPTION:Addie's Helping Hand will be holding an event on September 28th
  2024 to support Breakthrough T1D (formerly known as JDRF). Addie was diag
 nosed with Type 1 Diabetes on September 21st 2023. Since being diagnosed A
 ddie and her family have made it their mission to shine a light on this di
 sease and enrich the lives of children in our communities living day to da
 y with T1D. Breakthrough T1D is a non profit 501(c)3 organization dedicate
 d to making life with T1D better by funding clinical trials\, speaking to 
 state and federal lawmakers about equal access to necesarry medications\, 
 support early testing for T1D through trial net\, creating support groups 
 for adults and children living with T1D and so much more. Please join us f
