This is an evening to support & empower women from all backgrounds and walks of life to grow, thrive and succeed in business.

This is a Chamber Member Only Event and tickets are $30 each. We have limited availability.

Itinerary for the evening:

5:30pm-6:00pm - Make a plate from the charcuterie board, enjoy delicious mocktails, and network.

6:00pm-6:30pm - Panel discussion from three local and successful business women and/or entreprenuers.

6:30pm-6:45pm - Discussion and Q&A

6:45pm-7:00PM - Break time

7:00pm-7:30pm - DIY Creation with Kaylee from the Art Center

Our panelists will be Sarah Bessinger owner of Scapes by Sarah, Claudia Spiegel from North Central Ohio Media Group, and Amie Wolf from HR Wolf Hardware and Big Bad Wolf's House of Stitches. Here is a little more information about each of our amazing panelists: 

Sarah Bessinger- "At 19 years old, Sarah Bessinger turned her dream into a reality. Sarah is a native to Crawford County, and a graduate from The Ohio State University Agricultural Technical Institute in Wooster, Ohio. With knowledge, skills and drive, Sarah embraced her creative talent to bring the community a professional establishment providing landscaping services. 

Landscaping and florals are deeply rooted within Sarah’s family. Her grandmother Evie Benham used to design floral arrangements at Cameo Floral Design and Bucyrus Community Hospital. Sarah’s parents, Tom and Dana Walkins, have been a support system throughout Sarah’s journey through landscaping and the greenhouse. Tom has grown vegetables and flowers from seed from the time Sarah was a child. Dana has created beautiful floral arrangements for years with her mother Evie, and now with her daughter, Sarah.

Sarah married Jeff Bessinger in 2003 and together they have three children. Sarah started the business out of her home in 2002. Since then she has expanded to our new location on 1380 St. Rt. 4 South in Bucyurs, Ohio. She enjoys to create a positive impact in the community by providing plants and flowers to Crawford County." 

Amie Wolf- "I was born and for the most part raised in Galion. I’m a 1992 graduate of Galion High School.

My husband, Rick (Harley Richard Wolf III), and I have been married since December of 1993. He is a 1989 graduate of Galion High School. We have one daughter, Elizabeth. She graduated from Galion High School in 2019.

My husband and I purchased Poland True Value in January 2008. I continued to teach at The Ohio State University in Columbus, OH through Spring 2010. I came to the hardware store full-time at that time. In 2018 we left True Value and changed the name of the store to H.R. Wolf Hardware.

We put a craft section in the hardware store in 2014. In 2021 I started focusing on cross stitch, which eventually became Big Bad Wolf’s House of Stitches (still part of the hardware, just another DBA).

My first memory of cross stitching is a stamped cross stitch for a family wedding when I was 5 or 6. I have stitched off and on for most of my life. In the past ten years I have been focusing more time on my stitching." 

Claudia Spiegel - Claudia Spiegel, 37, is a committed expert in radio and digital marketing, affectionately known as the "radio girl." She has been a key member of North Central Ohio Media Group since 2015, where she has flourished in her role as a radio digital marketing professional. In 2024 she excelled to Sales Manager and then in 2025 became General Manage of the media group overseeing 2 radio stations and 2 online digital news sites. 

Her dedication to her profession and community has garnered her numerous accolades. In 2023, Claudia received the esteemed Founder Award from Saga, recognizing her exceptional contributions to both the company and the industry at large. This honor reflects her commitment to excellence and her impactful presence in her field.

Outside of her career, Claudia cherishes spending time with her family. She has been happily married to Adam Spiegel for 18 years, and they are proud parents to two sons, Wyatt and Lane. The family enjoys attending sporting events, going to the movies, and engaging in outdoor activities like 4-wheeling and exploring. Claudia particularly treasures Sundays, when they go to church together and spend the day as a family.

With her vibrant and steadfast commitment to excellence, Claudia has become a highly regarded and accomplished professional. Her dedication to her work, her community, her faith and her family is truly inspiring, as she continues to positively influence those around her and leave a significant legacy in her field and beyond.
